장점 1.해변이 가까움. 단점 1.수돗물이 소금물인듯 짠맛이 남. 2.밤11시 까지 공연같은것 때문에 많이 시끄러움. 3.방안에서 냄새가 남. 4.헤어드라이기가 안좋음 5.커피포트에서 냄새남.

숙소 뷰 최고!!!!!! 주변 산책하기 너무 좋아요 그러나 방음안됩니다 옆방 코골이 엄청 잘 들려요 침구류 눅눅하며 잠들기 힘든 냄새가 나여 조식 석식 제공이라 좋긴하지만 식당 직원중 ㅆ ㅏ 가 쥥 업 ㅅ 는 여 직 ㅇ ㅜ ㅓㄴ 있습니당 기부니가 나뽓어여^^ 뷰가 좋아서 좋았던 기억이 더 크답니다;)

excellent hotel, room clean and beds comfortable i enjoyed the food a bit of something different every night. the staff were excellent the best staff i’ve ever come across at a hotel very helpful and friendly special mention to alyssia and jaco who were always bubbly and up for a chat playing cards with us etc. entertainment was also excellent ( the bruno mars tribute was my favourite) in a wrap i would highly recommend.

My husband I have just enjoyed 7 nights away in this beautiful hotel & resort. The hotel has been amazing from arrival to departure. We arrived after 11pm on our first day, we were tired & hungry, officially all catering for the day was complete however there was a modest cold buffet waiting for us and other guests who arrived at a similar time. A selection of cold meats, cheeses, salad and breads, was just what we needed and a nice touch. We got to our room, we booked a partial sea view room which was located in the main building, the room was modern, clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge, a safety deposit box, tea and coffee making facilities, a/c. The view from the balcony was lovely overlooking the main pool and also Cala Egos beach. In terms of hotel amenities the hotel is well equipped, there's two pools, one large main pool and another smaller pool, we spent our pool days around the main pool, there's some lovely bed style loungers which you need to bag early or they'll be gone by about 9am however the other loungers are comfy too. There's some more premium style pergola beds which you can pay for if you wish, we didn't bother as we were happy with the loungers. There are various modern terrace locations around the pool and hotel in general including a beach club style bar and seating around the main pool serving snacks and drinks throughout the day. This area becomes the main bar/entertainment space in the evening. The beach is a stones throw away from the pool so you get the best of both, you can have a dip in the sea and then stroll back to your lounger without having to lie on the sandy beach (unless you want to of course!). In terms of food & drink we chose a half board packages as we like the flexibility of not feeling tied to the hotel so we went out and about to local eateries for lunch and dinner occasionally but the main buffet style restaurant was lovely and had a large selection of options of varying cuisines. There are 3 a la carte restaurants; an Italian, which if I'm honest, we weren't overly impressed with. This is still a buffet style and some of the dishes weren't brilliant, the cannelloni, for example was quite bland and I wouldn't have said restaurant quality. The second is a steak house which unfortunately we weren't able to eat in here as they were fully booked all week which was a shame. The third is a sort of fine dining experience with a taster menu, I really enjoyed this however my husband is a bit fussy and wasn't keen on some of the dishes and as a taster you obviously get a set menu, I'd recomend checking the menu out first if you are bit 'fussy'. Like I say, I really enjoyed this one. I would say though the main buffet is actually probably the best of all options in terms of choice and quality. As we were half board we had to pay for drinks but they were reasonably priced, a glass of local cava was 3.70 euros and a lager was about 4.50 euros and actually some of the cocktails I noticed looked

Quiet resort outside Cala d’or. Two buildings on either side of a sandy cove. With steps down to beach, pool bar and entertainment. Without doubt this is the worst 4* all inclusive I’ve stayed in. Struggled daily to find something I could eat and I’m not picky. Food was not warm, meat was either fatty or unappealing looking. Serving spoons were clogged with mashed potato, lasagna etc and not regularly changed so a lot of cross contamination. Someone earlier in a review mentioned Butlins and at best it was like a noisy high street cafe and certainly not a pleasant place to have dinner or any other meal for that matter. Water served to AI guests in restaurant and bar tasted vile so we had to pay for bottled water. Wine was ok. There was the same cross contamination with the ice cream which was never dealt with by staff. Labelling of dishes was poor. Unfortunately we didn’t book a sea view room. Our room was on a low floor and faced on to a busy street across from bars and another hotel. As a light sleeper I was wakened numerous times throughout the night with heavy traffic, shouting and singing. Bedroom was fine though small and walls were like paper. Bathroom badly needed a refurb. Door was rotted with paint peeling off. Shower and fridge weren’t working initially but fixed when reported. Entertainment in evening was good and the two entertainers worked hard throughout day too. No waiter service. Had serious doubts about the cleanliness of the place. Although bedrooms were cleaned well only seen a cleaner around hotel twice during our stay. Tables on the terrace were dirty and ringed and never seen them wiped. Chairs on terrace were very uncomfortable. Sunbed area had a big clump of hair from someone’s brush stuck to a table for nearly two weeks we were there. Wifi was good. This hotel is part of Jet2’s lux collection unfortunately there is nothing lux about this hotel. We spent a lot of money on this holiday and until we arrived reviews had been good. We ended up bitterly disappointed. If you haven’t booked here yet save your money and go somewhere else. You won’t regret it.

As part of our honeymoon - we stayed at this hotel. I was really disappointed by the lack of effort to make it special for us. I entered a bid to pay more to be upgraded and it was rejected. When we arrived late, we were told we could still have something to eat by reception. This was not true - all we could get were crisps. Part of the reason why I stayed here was to try out the different restaurants advertised. However, they are always fully booked so it is a case of going to the all you can eat buffet and waiting to get a seat. We paid €60 euros for sunbeds because the sunbeds on the pool were always taken. I would like to say thank you to the staff in the buffet though because the food was good and the staff were polite. The hotel is very clean but noise is definitely also an issue.

Great hotel, great staff, lovely location! Just stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and my dad for his birthday. The hotel is close to some great bars and restaurants and only a 5-10 minute drive into Cala D’Or which is great and the taxi is very cheap! I would highly recommend this hotel. We did my favourite club and it was worth the extra money in my opinion! The views are gorgeous from the room too and the weather was perfect for the time of year! Highly recommend!

Not as advertised. All inclusive doesn’t include bottled water and majority of drinks. Spa is awful. The welcome was very nice but pretty much disappointing from that point on. The Location is stunning and staff very friendly and welcoming. Food not great at hotel. Spent most of our dining time in the marina nearby which was great.

Booked 10 nights to chill out by the beach and that's exactly what we did. Lovely hotel over 2 buildings, one either side of the sheltered cove. Adult only hotel but it's a public beach so there will be kids. Rooms clean, bright and airy, with plenty of amenities and good shower. Beds and pillows uncomfortable, especially for a 10 night stay. Surprised as its part of the Hyatt group and expected great matresses and a pillow menu! Balconies are concrete, so when you sit there is no view. Wouldn't waste the money to upgrade to a seaview as you are right on the beach. Nice pool areas and as usual some guests are up before breakfast reserving loungers. I don't sunbath but still managed to get a lounger or sit up on the terrace. There are 4 named restaurants which we were booked into due to our duration. Food was great, especially in the La Trattoria, 5course tasting menu in the Mesa Nubium but service far too rushed. Had to request a break between courses! Main buffet is very busy. Good choice, fresh tasty food with a varied menu each evening. Small spa with treatments on offer. Enjoyed this little sanctuary and used it several times throughout my stay. Daily activities which I didn't partake. Evening entertainment very good, especially as the resort is quiet and laid back. Lots of interesting places to visit. Buses infrequent and can be full on market days with taxis being non existent. Avoid these days if going out sightseeing.
